ZIGUP plc's (LSE: ZIG) two UK&I businesses, Northgate Mobility and FMG, have announced their involvement in the Group's strategic collaboration with Microsoft to accelerate AI-driven transformation across its operating businesses, supporting the next phase of the group's strategic evolution as a leading integrated mobility solutions platform.

The collaboration will support smarter operations, enhanced customer experiences and scalable growth across all mobility, fleet, repair and incident management businesses.

The two businesses make up the UK&I’s leading integrated mobility, fleet services and incident management group, and will use the collaboration with Microsoft to accelerate their AI-powered digital transformation strategy across the operating businesses, including Northgate Vehicle Hire, Northgate Highways, Northgate Temperature Controlled, Auxillis, Principia Law, FMG and FMG Repair Services.

The investment forms part of the Group’s wider digital transformation programme focused on creating more connected, intelligent and scalable solutions, to support measurable improvements in operational efficiency, colleague productivity and customer experience while creating a scalable digital foundation for future innovation.

By embedding AI and automation into day-to-day workflows, the Group aims to accelerate decision-making, simplify internal processes and enhance customer responsiveness across thousands of daily interactions tailored to the Group’s specialist businesses.
