Ogilvie Fleet and FMG have optimised their decade-long partnership by integrating systems to deliver online accident reporting through Ogilvie's award-winning Happy Drivers App.

The new feature integrates the Happy Drivers app with FMG's electronic notification of loss (ENOL) service, allowing Ogilvie's accident management customers to report incidents quickly and seamlessly via their mobile device. FMG’s ENOL solution will provide the backend of the app, operating behind the scenes to accurately triage incidents and quickly set the required workflows in motion to arrange vehicle recovery, repair and replacement and resolve all aspect of incidents.

The Happy Drivers App is an essential tool for Ogilvie's fleet customers and provides all the support and communication they need whilst driving for business, from emergency assistance and daily rentals to booking MOTs and services.

Nick Hardy, Managing Director at Ogilvie Fleet said, "Supporting drivers and improving the user experience is right at the top of our list of priorities so we’re delighted to enhance our app in this way. As a customer service orientated business, we always strive to offer the best possible service to our fleets, and through this digital integration with FMG we can make incident reporting faster, more seamless and hassle-free."

Phil Jerome, Sales Director – Fleet at FMG, said, "We're always looking for new ways to deliver smarter, faster and more transparent solutions to meet our customers’ needs more effectively and this is a perfect example of what can be achieved through aligned thinking, digital integration and agile systems. Having partnered with Ogilvie for nearly a decade, we clearly understand their resolute commitment to customer service and new technology, and we’re delighted to reconfigure our ENOL solution to add value to their user experience."
