Ogilvie Fleet drives growth with support from FMG

Ogilvie Fleet and FMG have marked the 10-year anniversary of their partnership with the signing of another multi-year contract.

FMG provide incident management services as part of Ogilvie’s total fleet mobility proposition, with both companies sharing a commitment to innovation, driver safety and continually improving the user experience.

When incidents occur, Ogilvie’s customers can report the details quickly and conveniently via Ogilvie’s Happy Drivers app, which integrates seamlessly with FMG’s electronic notification of loss (ENOL) service. Operating behind the scenes, FMG ENOL accurately triages the incident and quickly sets workflows in motion to resolve all aspects of the incident, efficiently mobilising vehicle recovery, replacement vehicles and expert repairs by FMG’s UK-wide quality approved network of vehicle repair partners.

An online self-serve option allows Ogilvie’s drivers to monitor repair progress and manage aspects of the service themselves if they wish, such as arranging suitable repair dates and managing replacement vehicle duration.

Nick Hardy, Managing Director at Ogilvie Fleet:
“Our partnership with FMG has stretched over a decade, thanks in part to the shared values of the two businesses. Ogilvie’s priority has always been making things as easy as possible for both drivers and fleet managers, and we know our customers who put their faith in FMG always receive the highest levels of service when incidents occur on the road. We are delighted to be working with FMG as they continue to innovate and keep our drivers mobile.”

Driver safety is a key priority for Ogilvie, and through the partnership they provide customers with a range of risk reduction services including driver license validation, online driver assessment and e-learning modules.

Amanda Cunningham, Head of Client Relationships at FMG:
“We deeply value our strategic partnership with Ogilvie and we’re delighted to confirm this renewal. The fleet industry has evolved significantly in the past decade, and we’ve aligned our strategies, our systems and our digital solutions to navigate these changes and deliver smarter, faster, hassle-free solutions to meet Ogilvie’s customers’ changing needs most effectively. Our collaboration is driven by our shared commitment and continued investment to getting drivers and vehicles back on the road as quickly and painlessly as possible.”
