Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet (VWFS | Fleet) has renewed its long-standing partnership with FMG, extending the provision of incident management services that help VWFS | Fleet drivers return to the road quickly, safely and with minimal disruption following a vehicle incident.
The renewed agreement builds on a relationship that has been in place since 2008, with FMG continuing to deliver a comprehensive range of services including First Notification of Loss (FNOL), uninsured loss recovery, repair management and rental damage management.
Designed to simplify the customer journey, FMG's digital solutions enable VWFS customers to report incidents quickly through its Electronic Notification of Loss (ENOL) platform, track repair progress in real time and manage their claim online.
The renewal reflects the strength of a partnership built on collaboration, innovation and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, highlighting FMG’s role as a trusted incident management partner, supported by continued investment in technology, data insight and operational expertise.
As part of ZIGUP, the leading integrated mobility solution provider, FMG combines independent, market-leading incident management expertise with the scale, capability and investment strength of a FTSE 250 listed business.
