FMG have partnered with ALD Automotive, one of the UK’s leading full-service fleet management and mobility providers, to integrate FMG’s comprehensive 24/7 accident management service into ALD Automotive’s commercial vehicle and company car leasing solution.

FMG’s customer-centric approach and 30-year experience in delivering accident management services, was a critical factor in ALD Automotive’s decision to partner with FMG. They required a partner who had the experience, capability and technology to meet the diverse and, in some instances, highly complex needs of their customers. FMG’s solution provides the support drivers need, covering every aspect of the post-incident process, such as first notification of loss, vehicle recovery, repair and downtime management, as well as mobility and a range of legal services including uninsured loss recovery and third-party intervention.
