Dave Parry appointed Commercial Director

Publish date: 20/02/2019

Dave’s appointment follows the promotion of former Commercial Director Harvey Stead to Managing Director back in July 2018.

FMG, who are widely recognised as the trusted partner of choice for end-to-end incident and claims management, continue to deliver impressive results for customers, leading to continued organic growth. Dave takes responsibility for FMG’s client management strategy and overall customer retention in a role which capitalises on his wealth of experience within senior customer-facing roles.

Harvey Stead, Managing Director at FMG, said, “This is a key appointment for FMG which underlines our commitment to providing exceptional customer care throughout the lifetime of every customer relationship. As the market-leader, we recognise the need to maximise our experience, flexibility and agility to continually delight our customers with an unrivalled product and service offering. Dave is vastly experienced and is a welcome addition to the board as we develop the business proposition for the future.”

Dave is a highly experienced business leader, having joined FMG from Cox Automotive where he held a number of senior roles within Manheim. He led teams within Operations, Customer Management and Client Engagement in addition to driving the Digital Strategy of WeWantAnyCar.com. Prior to this, he held strategic management positions within Enterprise Rent-A-Car for 10 years.

Dave said, “FMG has an enviable reputation for customer retention, largely due to its ability to adapt and boldly innovate to continually meet each customer’s evolving needs. I welcome the chance to support FMG’s long-term growth aspirations by working collaboratively with customers to deliver cutting-edge and sustainable solutions. FMG’s people are a significant asset with absolute clarity on their commitment to service excellence and I look forward to leading such a strong team.”
