Alphabet renew incident management contract with FMG

Incident Management expert FMG has been awarded a contract renewal by Alphabet for the ongoing provision of incident management services. FMG will continue to provide 24/7 vehicle and driver support when Alphabet’s leasing customers are involved in vehicle incidents, with services including incident reporting, vehicle repair and downtime management.
The contract, which started in 2005, has a key focus on realising cost efficiencies throughout the incident management process and includes uninsured loss recovery, for the fast and efficient recovery of costs incurred in non-fault incidents.
Ensuring Alphabet’s customers’ vehicles are back on the road quickly is vitally important,
with stringent downtime management to reduce inconvenience for drivers. Other time-saving features include a full range of flexible repair options, including same-day mobile repair and mobile estimates, an online repair tracking system, and FMG’s automotive engineers monitoring costs, timescales and repair quality on Alphabet’s behalf.
The partnership has amassed a wealth of fleet data and insight over the past two decades, which enables Alphabet to proactively support their customers with incident reduction.
