FMG AND PENDRAGON VEHICLE MANAGEMENT EXTEND INCIDENT MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP

Pendragon Vehicle Management has signed a contract extension with FMG for the provision of incident management services to its UK fleet.
Through the fully comprehensive contract, FMG will continue to deliver 24/7 driver and vehicle support when Pendragon Vehicle Management's customers are involved in incidents. This includes in-house FNOL, UK-wide repair management and ULR, as well as a specialist focus on BI data insight drawn from Pendragon's fleet data.
FMG's dedicated Account Management team work closely with Pendragon Vehicle Management to actively reduce risk by analysing their fleet data to highlight high volume claims and recommend corrective interventions.
