Incident Management expert FMG has been awarded a contract renewal by Altrad for the ongoing provision of incident management services.

FMG will continue to provide 24/7 vehicle and driver support to Altrad's car and commercial fleet, with services including uninsured loss recovery, vehicle rental and non-fault hire.

We have a relentless commitment to safety and a key aspect of this is ensuring our colleagues have all the immediate support they need should an incident occur whilst driving for business. Our incident management partnership with FMG provides that extra layer of confidence."

Phil Jerome, Sales Director – Fleet at FMG said, "We're delighted to continue our long standing partnership with Altrad and provide round the clock support for the critical work they do. Successfully managing incidents isn't just about controlling costs and getting vehicles back on the road quickly. Like Altrad, we equate every incident to the people affected, and tailor every fleet solution around providing outstanding care for the driver. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership and supporting Altrad's team as they drive with work."
